I know you have your own story to live!
Finding fulfillment in your life is the most important thing you can do for your health, wealth, future and family.
I'm so excited to share my story and the other women's stories in this book, each one of our stories offer deeply personal and profound insights into personal transformation through difficult, unexpected circumstances. And yet all tell the tale about how we've come to be conscious creators of our lives as a result - an approach that is critical to living a truly meaningful life lived from the essence of who a woman really is - the only way for a person to get there is by digging deep and connecting with your soul. Dig deep!

I am so energized to be in the midst of my first collaborative book launch! I just finished my interview with Sheri Keys as a co-author of Finding Fulfillment in the Spiritual Age, an Institute of Energy Based Health, LLC publication.
The group of women who participated in this book leave me speechless with admiration and inspiration, and I am one of them!
Full of inspiring stories of powerful personal transformation in the face of life-altering events.
This book is powerful, engaging, and inspirational. It reveals how women have faced huge, life-changing transitions in the areas of health, divorce, loss of loved ones, and more. The key message is how a woman's mindset determines the outcome and to pay attention to and embrace spiritual awakenings when they occur.
"For many, it is absolutely painful," says CEO Sheri Keys. "They avoid various types of events no matter the cost to themselves and the ones they love. But it doesn't have to be that way. They can embrace them and learn from them."
During the awakening process, there are many physical, mental and emotional journeys a woman will take - good or bad. The book teaches women how to make those journeys count in ways that are life-enhancing and soul-healing. "It's not about not allowing yourself to feel the pain or the fear but to not let those emotions overwhelm and paralyze you," she says. "I believe if you accept, you’re more apt to get started on the process of healing right now."
"It can be gut-wrenching work, but my hope is that by learning how to embrace our life lessons, women will no longer try to force themselves to just be happy but instead they will move forward and do the work to get to the magical life they can have on the other side of the transition. Otherwise they'll continue to let life happen to them."
