Fall Rejuvenation Retreat
Retreat & Renewal for your Mind, Body, & Spirit
An invitation for your soul... Join us for an intimate retreat this fall!
Fall is the time of year to go within and empty out space to make fertile soil for our creativity and greater visions. We clear our internal ground in the fall, and go into dormancy, where we rest in the cold and darkness of Winter. Winter is the time of year of healing, when the cold and freezing becomes the healing that sets the soil for Spring and our rebirth.
Sometimes we need to step back in order to move forward. For thousands of years the practice of retreat has been valued across wisdom traditions as a time to step back, take inner care, and reawaken our deepest knowing.
The most important exploration of all is the journey to self-love and the discovery of our true divine being. To be fulfilled in life we must come to know our true essence and what guides us to our unique happiness. It’s this internal happiness and learning to cultivate the truth of who we really are that’s revealed to us when we spend time going within during retreat.
Sometimes we need to "get away from our daily life" and experience ourselves from another perspective, in order to feel inspired again, this retreat will help you to reconnect with that deeper longing inside of yourself. Fall is the time of year that we set up our internal space and make room for what’s to come in the next year. We create fertile soil for our greater visions to grow but not by doing. By becoming quiet and listening to what is trying to emerge from within us.
Join an intimate group of like minded souls and experience a spacious retreat that allows time to rejuvenate in nature, receive support for your dreams, connect with others, and follow the spontaneous callings of your spirit.
You’ll be transformed and you’ll take home tools to continue to maintain and deepen your transformation.
What are you looking for?
Peace? Connection? Belonging?
A sense of being part of something greater than yourself?
Would you love to immerse yourself in beauty and experience meaningful connection?
A weekend getaway offers you a complete break from your usual routine, with peaceful guided meditations, delicious meals, fresh air, and wonderful company. It is a unique opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, a break from the stresses and strains of your daily life. It is not like any other get away weekend you have experienced, it aids in relaxing the body and revitalizing the mind.
Join Chloë Rain of Explore Deeply for a weekend escape to the stunning mountains of West Virginia on a 30-acre private sanctuary. This beautiful private property is surrounded by the George Washington National Forest and miles of hiking trails, with views of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. The main lodge consists of several large gathering and relaxation spaces, billiards room, game tables, breakfast room, indoor jacuzzi & steam room, massage treatment room, an award winning restaurant and lounge. Outside you will find numerous outdoor patios and decks with rocking chairs for relaxation.
The chef will prepare delicious meals with vegetarian options, and there's plenty of free time for rest and rejuvenation.
You will enjoy daily restorative exercises *fit for all levels*, nature walks, and guided meditations and transformational processes led by Chloë.
All activities during this retreat are focused on uncovering, or more deeply examining who you are, what you want for your life, and releasing what isn't working for you anymore. Regardless of where you are at in your life or journey— whether you are simply hearing a call you have yet to answer or have been walking your path for a long time— this retreat will deepen your experience and connection to your soul's desire. This retreat will be powerful.
And of course, just like every other retreat, we will be spending plenty of time doing soul-searching self-work with lots of relaxation and play, built into the schedule.
Because some questions cannot be answered by Google….
Come home rested with a new perspective and with enthusiasm for living!
Free yourself from the mental limitations that prevent the expression of your true self and purpose.
Find the courage and vision to live the life of your dreams.
Take home tangible tools for continued expansion.
We don't get our best ideas in work. We get them in play, in nature, in rest, and going within!
Nature rejuvenates, and in going within we are able to reconnect with our deeper desires. When in nature we can see and sense the abundance of our reality and feel our connectedness to all things.
In retreat you will reconnect with your inherent divinity...
Ignite new fires within you
Tap your creative energy source
Recalibrate, invite in harmony and balance
Unearth meaningful connections with self through reflection, creativity, joy and nature
Hone your intuitive wisdom
Discover profound new solutions from old patterns
Build mutual trust and explore new friendships
Experience more joy and heightened creative stimulation
Reclaim your personal desires
Do you have a sense of longing to feel more alive in every cell?
Would you like to feel a stronger connection with yourself, and know your gifts and talents?
You want to know that what you are doing in the world and who you are matters.
Maybe you've got questions swirling around inside you. Maybe you're thinking of starting over, beginning something new, but you just don't know where to begin. You have a yearning to know that your life makes sense.
There is time to do what you love when you step back and look at your life from a higher perspective. Rejuvenating and connecting in nature will help you to feel more alive in your life, more clear then you have in a long while.
I intend to take time for myself to live the life that I came here to live.

The experience of the weekend was good. The sisterhood, gatherings, rituals and ceremonies where supportive on my personal journey to enlightenment. The energy of the group and the retreat location offered support and expansion in my receiving at the spiritual level.
The past three years I have been on a retreat, on one retreat I was alone, however I enjoyed the sisterhood that comes out on the other side of the time spent together.
The time away from my every day life and taking time for me to collect the scattered pieces of my self and calling my spirit back allows me to refuel myself at the soul level. The hike was probably the most enjoyable time. Feeling the resistances of starting the hike, talking with each other, and reaching the top had more of an impact on me then I thought was possible. I felt it opened (or cracked) me more to possibilities that I wasn't even considering. Having ongoing reminders of things in my past and staying curious as to why I'm having those thoughts but knowing they will serve me moving forward. — Melissa K
The retreat was the perfect amount of people balanced with great, well thought out interaction, food and fun. The exercises were profound and illuminating. The pace was leisurely with just the right amount of "on to the next thing" push. The hike was inspired. The biggest insight was that small groups are not so bad. I loved the hike and the guided journeys. I enjoyed experiencing the rituals with the drum and receiving smudge. — Mary M
