Ceremonial Immersion : Healing for Life Purpose & Clear Vision on Your Path
Ayahuasca, Inca, & San Pedro Healing Immersion
April 19 - 27, 2019
We will, together, enter a realm of advanced work to open to our deepest knowing of our Spirit and Soul and strengthen our connection to our Spirit Guides and establish greater communion with our Heart & Pachamama. An intimate, intense and nourishing week for the spirit and soul amid the mystical landscape of Cusco Peru.
From the first evening standing on the threshold of an ancient Inca gateway, with the light slanting across the stone, to taking in the healing energy of the sacred city, to the closing night’s celebration under the stars, this ceremonial immersion in Cusco Peru is nothing short of a complete mystical experience. This is a life changing experience, both spiritually and physically; a reshaping of the mind and the body through Ceremony, healing, walking, seeing, and deep listening to the mystical wisdom of the Ancestors; a true experience of communion with the Divinity within you.
You are invited into a circle of healing and friendship that takes you deep into the world of plant medicine, vision & ceremony, and experience of your own unique relationship to Spirit.
While sitting in sacred communion on the land of the Inca's we will contemplate our individual life paths, share healing and visions with like minded people, and take in the spiritual energies in some of the most powerful sacred places on earth.
Intimate and Personalized Ayahuasca Ceremony Integration
Experience the rare gift of sitting in healing Plant Medicine Ceremony in a one to one setting with the Ayahuascaro, authentic & experienced Healers of the Amazon Shipibo lineage, and receive the exponential benefits of personalized integration with the Maestro and help from the team, who is focused on your personal spiritual and healing goals. Limited to 6 participants per ceremonial immersion.
This is a small and intimate pilgrimage open to both men and women seeking to experience a deep inner knowing of their true power and clear sight on their life path.
The itinerary includes seven sacred Ceremonies, three Inca Ceremonies, three Ayahuasca Teacher Plant Ceremonies, and one heart opening San Pedro Ceremony. Each ceremony is powerful in its own right and alone can create deep transformation, the seven combined create a container of deep spiritual awareness and integration.
This is a very personalized experience, we will make sure that you have the support to ground and integrate your deep personal awakenings. This ceremonial immersion will be nothing short of life changing.
The Ceremonies have been planned and laid out in a way specifically designed for you to go more in depth into the Spiritual Heart of your personal work, while in community with a family of like minded souls, and supported by your Teachers & Spiritual Guides.
Due to the intense and deeply spiritual nature of this Ceremonial Immersion spaces are limited up to 6 participants per ceremonial immersion. Please note this is a very different kind of experience where you are sitting in an almost one to one setting with a true Shipibo Curandero rather than attending a sitting with 20 to 50 other participants. The Ceremonial Team works daily with each person individually on their goals and intentions and personal integration during the healing immersion.
The Seven Sacred Ceremonies include:
Private Coca Leaf Reading— this is helpful for divination and clarification of intention for the Heart of the Work that you are entering
Inca Cleansing Ceremony (group)— to cleanse and purge any negative or heavy energies in your body and energetic field
Three Ayahuasca Ceremonies (group)— the series of Ayahuasca Ceremony are for energetic and physical unblocking of our inner power and wisdom, healing old patterns emotionally, at the subconscious level, and in the energetic field, and for vision moving forward, protection, and strength. Anchoring in the higher energy vibration into the body after the cleansing and healing.
Inca Thanksgiving Ceremony (group)— Gratitude offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth) for the gifts given to us in this lifetime
San Pedro Ceremony (group)— Heart opening & greater connection with Pachamama, Nature, the Ancestors & Spirit Guides
Individual attention, integration, and coaching each day of your stay with a Spiritual Guide
Coca Leaf Reading— The Coca Leaf reading is a highly effective Ceremony in revealing personal blinds spots in order to see more clearly and go deeper in to the heart of your personal work. The Spirit of the Coca Leaves may also give insight and direct you to work in ways that may not have been known to you without the help of this divination Spirit.
Ayahuasca Ceremony— Experiencing Ayahuasca Ceremony, the Grandmother Teacher Plant, is a rare opportunity to deepen and clarify your personal healing and spiritual evolution. The medicine you receive in Ayahuasca Ceremony becomes a sacred conduit to help you understand the reality of who you are. As you navigate the profundity of becoming this Ceremony and receiving the Medicine, you will have the opportunity to see and know the inner world of your own divinity.
San Pedro Ceremony— San Pedro is a plant medicine Ceremony that we will experience during the day in a special place outdoors in Nature. San Pedro is a heart opening Ceremony and though the name is masculine it is a very divine feminine experience. More gentle than Madré Ayahuasca, San Pedro helps us to open our heart and to connect more deeply with our Spirit Guides and feel our tangible connection to Mother Earth and the Nature Spirits all around us. Though you may not receive as strong of visions as with Ayahuasca Ceremony, or experience purging and cleansing, you may experience visitation and greater connection with your Ancestors and specifically open communication with your personal Guides. You will also feel deep communion with Nature.
ABOUT AYAHUASCA CEREMONY
As more and more people are called to work with Ayahuasca, there is exponential growth in the availability of ceremonies not only in Peru but around the world. A Curandero is a true Healer, and in order for one to become a genuine Curandero, an apprentice must undergo many years of arduous training in order to effectively administer and manage Ayahuasca Ceremony.
One should spend time researching and determining what kind of experience is the right experience for your personal healing and safety. In this Ceremonial Immersion, the group is limited to a very small number of participants, so that we are able to work deeply with each individual in an intimate setting, and this is how true lasting transformation takes place.
There are many people holding ceremonies who have no real understanding of how to work with Ayahuasca, how to safely hold space and how to support others who are drinking Ayahuasca, especially when the experience becomes more challenging. Without sufficient training with genuine teachers of the Amazon, those holding Ayahuasca Ceremonies are typically not in a position to deal with the many issues that can arise. This ultimately threatens the good work of true Amazonian Curanderos and genuine Western apprentices who train over extensive periods to master their healing skills.
There should be no “gurus” who work with Ayahuasca; only healers who humbly transmit the healing energies of the Spirit of the plants as well as pass on the knowledge to others who wish to walk the path of apprenticeship.
There are Western shamanic practitioners who serve Ayahuasca, hold ceremony, and work with healing sound. Provided these ceremonies are held by well-intentioned facilitators operating with total integrity and sufficient safety protocols, then positive and heart—opening experiences can be facilitated. However, if they have not been genuinely trained over sufficient duration and depth in the Amazon, these types of ceremonies may not reach the depths of healing that a fully trained Curandero from the Amazon with many years of dietas will be able to achieve.
In these times when many people are calling themselves shamans, and there are ceremonies being offered in many different kinds of facilities, working with a trusted guide and facilitator is more important than ever. To be in ceremony without a true Curandero present, there is a risk of being overwhelmed by powerful negative energies. This can become a serious problem and potentially put guests in danger. There are some genuine Western Curanderos scattered throughout the globe who have been genuinely trained in the Amazon but they are rare and typically do not have the need or desire to self-promote.
Here is what a good facilitator should be very clear about with his/her clients:
Whether or not they have received training with an Amazonian Curandero; and
That their role is fundamentally to hold the space and care for the safety and welfare of the participants
Be able to share their experiences with the medicine and effectively help their client with integration after Ceremony
A Curandero (or apprentice) must drink ayahuasca when holding ceremony in order to work with the participants — to cleanse, guide, navigate, manage and protect
I would advise caution if you are considering sitting in ceremony with any Westerner who:
Proclaims that they are a ‘shaman’ or Curandero yet doesn’t drink ayahuasca with the group,
Carries out much self-promotion (such as through videos and facebook posts),
Appears to have developed a community of ‘followers’,
Carries out a ‘healing performance’,
Or they have not done many dietas
The Ceremonial team goes to great lengths to support our clients and spend truly devoted time each day with each individual person's healing. It is important that you feel that your Spiritual Guides are authentically honoring the Medicine and the teachings of the healing lineage, as well as the Ancestors who have offered their wisdom. Only you can make the right decision for you.
In the Andes it is believed that you are born with the Seed of the Universe, a seed of personal potential that is waiting to be awakened. An initiatory experience, such as making a pilgrimage like this, provides the catalyst for the awakening and growth of this seed, an opportunity for your spirituality to become more real and alive in your daily life.
Healing Ceremony makes your inner wisdom accessible by waking up your personal power so you have a richer, deeper experience of your life.

ABOUT THE EXCHANGE FOR HEALING & CEREMONY:
In indigenous cultures, healing services with a Healer or Spiritual Guide are highly regarded and well paid for. From time immemorial, medicine people have been paid for their services, whether in the form of animals like sheep, goats, chickens, or cows; or goods like tobacco. Money is now common currency for service. It is widely believed that if people don’t pay or exchange something for their healing then they won’t get better. The rate of exchange is respectful to the spiritual lineage of the Healer and the Spiritual Guide, and is symbolic of taking your spiritual growth and healing seriously.
The cost of this pilgrimage is a rate requisite with time spent with the Healers in Ceremony, as well as personalized facilitation and integration, consideration of all the details of the pilgrimage, and powerful container of emotional and physical support.
Private room. All accommodations for the nights of the retreat are inclusive.
The accommodations are brand new construction in the Artisan district in the heart of Cusco Peru, situated between the sacred sites of the Temple of the Moon & Sacsayhuamán. There is WiFi in the rooms, however you are encouraged to be as technology free as possible during the ceremonial immersion, i.e. put down your electronic devices and be present to the energy all around you. There are laundry services available. Hair dryers in each room. Cell phone coverage is variable depending upon your service carrier.
THE WALKING & HIKING:
You need to be able to walk two to four hours over hilly terrain in sunny warm weather and also cold and rainy weather. Most of the walks are on well worn dirt pathways or cobblestone roads, but there may be short walks through fields and on more rugged pathways. Several of the walks have steep uphill portions. As these walks are an important part of the experience, please be as realistic as possible in assessing your level of fitness.

You will need sturdy walking shoes, and you should be prepared for rain with a waterproof jacket. Temperatures can be anywhere from the 40s to the 70s, fahrenheit, the sun can be very strong and warm but when it goes away it can cool off quickly. You may sunburn easily in the high Andes. A personal message from Chloë, Founder of Explore Deeply....
Sitting in sacred Ceremony is a calling, it comes from deep within, and it’s something that doesn’t go away. It’s never something to be convinced of— if this experience is for you, you already know it.
In these times when many people are calling themselves shamans, one should spend time researching and determining whether a Healer is the right fit for you. It is important to feel that your Spiritual Guide is authentically honoring the ancestors and the healing lineage who trained and offered their wisdom. Only you can make the right decision for you.
On the path of Spiritual Guide & Healer there are many medicine paths according to the traditions of our ancestors. Each path can require a lifetime of in-depth learning to become a true Healer.
After training and becoming certified in umpteen personal development modalities and spending tens of thousands of dollars searching for the perfect healing method to help myself and others, I was still unhappy and unfulfilled, despite all outside appearances, something was profoundly missing from my life.
And then I received my calling.
I was initiated on the path of Spiritual Guide in Peru in 2012. Since that time I regularly lead journeys to Peru with small intimate groups of seekers to sit in Ceremony with my Teachers, authentic medicine people of the Inca Q'ero & Amazon Shipibo healing lineages.
In order to become a true Healer, the apprenticeship is around 10 years. True Healers must be able to face the most difficult of human experience and the darkest energies when working with clients. For this reason, the training is extremely hard and one must pass many tests.
It is my hope to share with you an experience of personal awakening, in a way that speaks to your heart, and gives you a framework that is helpful in gleaning understanding for your life path from your own experiences.
It is not just the Medicine offered in a Ceremonial setting, that is provided on this pilgrimage, but an experience of deep individual healing, where the focus is on your personal life goals and vision.
If you cannot participate in this immersion, but you would like to be notified of any upcoming events, → sign up here, you will not be included in any newsletters or marketing, only notified of spiritual journeys & ceremonial events. Thank you.
