Spirit of the North : Connection to the Element of Water

Shamanic Drum Journey to Connect with the Spirit of the North and the Spirit of Water

Mother Nature gave me a beautiful nudge and the opportunity to create a journey for you to connect with the Spirit of the North and the Spirit of Water.

The idea of doing virtual drum journeys and attempting to include some nature elements has been swirling around me for a little while, this was my first attempt and I'm excited to share it with you! All the footage was taken on my land in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, Skywater Hollow Retreat.

I hope this journey serves you.

The video is about 18 minutes long and gives you some introduction and instructions, you may want to make time to journey to the Spirit of Winter and glean any last insights as we move toward the Spring Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere.

If you are curious about shamanic drum journeys and what purpose they may serve in your life and wellness, you may wish to go deeper into shamanic and earth based practices for wellness in Wisdom of the Four Directions Apprenticeship Program.

On my land at Skywater Hollow Retreat in the Shenandoah Valley.

If you have any questions about shamanic journeying or any of the work that I do, I welcome you to write me with your questions.

In love and service.

Sharing some pictures of sunrise, morning snow on the blossoming Quince trees.... IN-JOY!
