Sacred Renewal
A Small Group Spiritual Retreat
on Tinos Island, Greece
Private Residential Immersion In the Cyclades
For those at a threshold — seeking clarity, rhythm, and renewal
Where Light Reveals What Has Been Waiting
There are moments in life when something begins to shift.
Not on the surface, but underneath — in how you are living, choosing, relating, or becoming.
You may not have language for it yet.
But you can feel it.
A quiet reorientation.
A sense that something is ending, and something else is asking to begin.
These moments are thresholds.
And how you meet them matters.
A Place of Quiet Illumination
There is a particular quality to Tinos — one that seems to illuminate what has been quietly waiting within us.
This is not an escape.
It is a return to rhythm.
Sacred Renewal on Tinos Island is an intimate residential immersion devoted to rest, reflection, and the gentle recalibration that becomes possible when we return to sea, earth, and sky.
We gather in a private home overlooking the water — only five participants — for a week shaped by rhythm rather than agenda.
The Rhythm of Our Days
Our time unfolds slowly.
Morning light over the water.
Unhurried meals prepared with care.
Conversation that nourishes rather than depletes.
Spacious hours for swimming, resting, walking ancient paths.
Guided practices, woven lightly through the week.
There will be laughter, depth, and simplicity.
Nothing forced.
Nothing performed.
Only what is true for this place and this gathering.
The Mythic Landscape
Tinos remains quieter than her neighboring Cycladic islands.
She is known as the “handmade island,” where marble artisans still carve by hand, where traditions are lived rather than displayed.
With more than 40 villages, countless chapels, sacred springs, and secret beaches, the island has a mythical feminine energy — both ancient and alive — woven into the landscape itself.
Pilgrims once bathed in her waters before traveling onward to Delos, the ancient island of light.
People have long come here seeking miracles.
You will feel why.
Our Sanctuary
For one week, we gather in a private waterfront residence tucked into a quiet bay on the western coast of the island.
Whitewashed walls.
Open sky.
The sea only steps away.
This is not a hotel stay.
It is a shared sanctuary.
You will wake to the sound of waves and sleep beneath vast constellations.
Swim at dawn.
Rest in shaded courtyards.
Watch the sun disappear into the horizon each evening.
The home honors traditional Cycladic architecture — minimal and timeless.
Two double rooms (shared bath)
One single en-suite room
Only five participants are welcomed.
During this week you receive:
• Seven nights in a private residence reserved exclusively for us
• All meals thoughtfully prepared and hosted
• Daily guided practices and facilitated group space
• Cultural excursions and village walks
• Personal reflection support throughout the week
Food & Island Life
Greek island life is sensual and grounded.
We will share seasonal meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients — some enjoyed at home with a private cook, others at village tavernas overlooking the sea.
Fresh vegetables.
Handmade cheeses.
Local honey.
Seafood.
Village breads.
Regional wines.
This retreat honors the abundance of place.
Who This Is For
This space is for those who are already living with a degree of awareness — and who feel the need to pause, not because they are lost, but because something in their life is shifting.
You may be standing at the edge of a change you cannot yet fully name.
You may sense that the way you have been living, working, or relating is no longer entirely aligned — even if nothing is outwardly “wrong.”
You may be holding responsibility in your work or in the lives of others, and feel the quiet need for a space where you do not have to hold everything.
This is not a retreat for starting over.
It is for those in the midst of something real — a transition, a reorientation, a subtle but undeniable movement beneath the surface.
If the sea steadies you…
If nature restores you…
If silence feels supportive rather than empty…
If a small, intentional circle feels more nourishing than a larger group…
You will feel at home here.
Holding & Guidance
For over fifteen years, I have guided individuals and small groups through processes of emotional integration and spiritual maturation.
What I value most is creating a space where nothing needs to be forced, performed, or resolved before it is ready.
Those who work with me often describe feeling calm, seen, and deeply heard.
Sacred Renewal is not a space of performance or intensity. It is relational, attentive, and grounded.
You will not be pushed.
You will not be analyzed.
You will be met.
A Personal Invitation
This retreat was born from my own life here — from mornings in the sea, evenings in marble villages, and the subtle magic that revealed itself slowly.
Tinos has given me renewal in unexpected ways.
This is the first Sacred Renewal retreat held on Tinos. It has been forming quietly over time.
I have guided individuals and small group retreats for over fifteen years. What I have learned is that true renewal is rarely dramatic. It is quiet, relational, and deeply human. Many who work with me have experienced spiritual environments that were intense but lacked integrity.
Sacred Renewal is intentionally different. It is small. It is honest. It is grounded. It is beautiful.
If you are drawn to it, I trust that.
Investment
Because this retreat is intentionally intimate and personally facilitated, space is limited.
The investment for this private residential immersion is
€5,600 (shared)
€6200 (private ensuite)
Two places are already confirmed.
Three remain.
If you feel a quiet, steady pull toward this space — even if you can’t fully explain it — it is worth listening to.
Participation begins with a private conversation.
A 50% deposit secures your participation. The remaining balance is due July 1, 2026.
If you feel the resonance, I invite you to request a conversation.

I previously held private retreat work on my land in Virginia. The work has since relocated to Greece, where Sacred Renewal now unfolds within the landscape of Tinos Island.
I offer private retreats on request for one-to-one life transition work, individually designed for those navigating periods of change and seeking a more intentional relationship with the direction of their lives. Those seeking longer-term guidance often continue into private online spiritual mentorship after the retreat.
