Sacred Renewal
A Small Group Spiritual Retreat
on Tinos Island, Greece
Private Residential Immersion In the Cyclades
Island of Light & Miracle
There is a particular energy on Tinos — that seems to illuminate what is within us that is waiting to be seen, expressed, or acknowledged.
Sacred Renewal on Tinos Island is a return to connection, an intimate residential retreat devoted to rest, reflection, and recalibration that comes when we return to sea, earth, and sky.
We gather in a private home overlooking the water — only five participants — for a week of intentional connection, rejuvenation, and soulful renewal.
A Place of Authenticity
Tinos Island remains relatively undiscovered compared to its neighbouring Cycladic Islands.
It is called the “handmade” island, known for its rich cultural traditions, ancient villages, and authentic local cuisine.
It has the energy and intensity of a holy place, famous for its significant pilgrimage site as well as being the birthplace of Aeolus, God of the Winds.
The Rhythm of Our Days
Our time unfolds slowly.
Morning light over the water.
Unhurried meals prepared with care.
Conversation that nourishes rather than depletes.
Spacious hours for swimming, resting, and walking ancient paths.
Guided practices will be woven lightly through the week.
There will be laughter, depth, and simplicity.
People have made pilgrimage to Tinos Island for thousands of years to cleanse in the healing waters before making their way to Delos the island of Light.
In Christian times the island has become famous for miracles given to those who make offerings (tamata) to the Holy Mother, Lady of Tinos.
This retreat is open to anyone who would like to spend some time in a nourishing, reflective process, with a small group of like minded people, it is not a religious spiritual retreat, rather we will be focused on spending time in nature, taking in the energy of this mythical landscape and opening to the miraculous healing experiences that people have come here to undergo for thousands of years.
Born from the love I have found for the life and lifestyle in living on this island, the ancient traditions buried deep in the soil and hidden in caves, and the magic and mystery I have experienced while exploring this mythical landscape. I hope to share this with you.
The Mythic Landscape
With more than 40 villages, countless chapels, sacred springs, and secret beaches, the island has a mythical feminine energy — both ancient and alive — exuding from the landscape itself.
With reflective activities; cultural walks down ancient pathways, sunsets that will make you swoon, centering rituals and activities for the soul; this retreat will nurture you into a process of personal rebirth and rejuvenation.
Enjoy floating in the Mediterranean sea and taking in the mythical landscape with all your senses. No skills are required, just a willingness to relax and let yourself be guided.
Our Sanctuary
For one week, we gather in a private waterfront residence tucked into a bay on the western coast of the island. No hotel guests, no outside programs. Just us. A temporary home of peace and presence, surrounded by the sea and mountains.
Whitewashed walls.
Open sky.
The sea only steps away.
You will wake to the sound of waves and sleep beneath the constellations.
You may swim at dawn, nap under olive trees, or watch the sunset in silence.
The home is built loyal to the customary Cycladic architecture and features minimal décor with hand-picked furnishings in a timeless style.
There are two bedrooms overlooking the Aegean Sea on the upper floor and a third one facing the garden. The single bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom and a WC accommodate the upper floor.
Two double rooms (shared bath)
One single en-suite room
Only five spaces available.
During this week you receive:
• Seven nights in a private residence reserved exclusively for us
• All meals thoughtfully prepared and hosted
• Daily guided practices and facilitated group space
• Cultural excursions and village walks
• Personal reflection support throughout the week
Food & Island Life
Greek island life is sensual and lively.
We will share seasonal meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients — some enjoyed at home with a private cook, others at village tavernas overlooking the sea.
Fresh vegetables.
Handmade cheeses.
Local honey.
Seafood.
Village breads.
Regional wines.
This retreat honors the abundance of place.
This intimate small-group retreat, is intended for those who want to explore new landscapes while reconnecting to themselves and the deeper meaning of life, and not feel alone in the process.
For those who like the transformative experiences of travel but also want to have meaningful connection with the places they have visited.
Who This Is For
This space is for those who are already living with a degree of awareness — and who feel the need to pause, not because they are lost, but because something in their life is asking for space and attention.
You may sense that the way you have been living, working, or relating is no longer entirely aligned — even if nothing is outwardly “wrong.”
You may be holding responsibility in your work or in the lives of others, and feel the need for a space where you do not have to hold everything.
It is for those in the midst of a transition, a reorientation, a subtle but undeniable movement beneath the surface.
If the sea steadies you…
If nature restores you…
If silence feels supportive rather than empty…
If a small, intentional group feels more nourishing than a larger group…
You will feel at home here.
Holding & Guidance
For over fifteen years, I have guided individuals and small groups through processes of emotional integration and spiritual maturation.
What I value most is creating a space where nothing needs to be forced, performed, or resolved before it is ready.
Those who work with me often describe feeling calm, seen, and deeply heard.
Sacred Renewal is not a space of spiritual performance or intensity. It is relational, connected, and grounded.
Scared Renewal is about self discovery, authenticity, and experiencing the slowness so dearly missing in our modern lives.
A Personal Invitation
This is a new retreat, born from the love that has grown for my life on Tinos and the magic that I have experienced here.
Tinos has given me renewal in unexpected ways.
This is the first Sacred Renewal retreat held on Tinos.
I have guided individuals and small group retreats for over fifteen years. What I have learned is that true transformation does not have to be dramatic.
It can be relational, deeply human, and supported by the land. Many who work with me have experienced spiritual environments that were intense but lacked integrity.
Sacred Renewal is intentionally different. It is small. It is grounded. It is founded in the relationship I have cultivated with the land here.
If you are drawn to Tinos, I trust that.
Investment
Because this retreat is intentionally intimate and personally facilitated, space is limited.
The investment for this private residential immersion is
€5,600 (shared)
€6200 (private ensuite) reserved
Two places are confirmed.
Three remain.
If you feel a pull towards this place — even if you can’t fully explain it — it is worth exploring.
Participation begins with a private conversation.
The full retreat investment is due at this time.
If you feel a resonance, I invite you to request a conversation.

I previously held private retreat work on my land in Virginia. The work has since relocated to Greece, where Sacred Renewal now unfolds within the landscape of Tinos Island.
I offer private retreats on request for one-to-one life transition work, individually designed for those navigating periods of change and seeking a more intentional relationship with the direction of their lives. Those seeking longer-term guidance often continue into private spiritual mentorship after the retreat.
