Tinos Island Greece
Spiritual Renewal
Rest & Reset Retreat
The Island of Miracles
& Light
Tinos Island remains relatively undiscovered compared to its neighbouring Cycladic Islands. It is called the “handmade” island, known for its rich cultural traditions, authentic villages, and tasty local cuisine. It has the energy and intensity of a holy place, famous for its significant pilgrimage site as well as being the birthplace of Aeolus, God of the Winds.
Cleansing & Rejuvenating
This intimate small-group retreat, is intended for those who want to explore new landscapes while reconnecting to themselves and not feel alone in the process. For those who like the experience of travel but want to live like a local where ever they stay. Tinos is about quiet discovery, authenticity, and the slowness so dearly missing in our modern lifestyles.
Inspiration & Rest
This retreat will help you to rekindle your sense of self and connection. With reflective activities; cultural walks down ancient pathways, sunsets that will make you swoon, centering rituals and meditations, this retreat will nurture you into a process of personal rebirth and rejuvenation. Enjoy floating in the Mediterranean sea and taking in the mythical landscape with all your senses. No skills are required, just a willingness to relax and immerse yourself.

Tinos Island
Cyclades, Greece
This is a new offering, under development, born from the love that has grown for my life on Tinos and the magic that I have experienced here. Not all the details are listed yet on this page, however, the dates are set. If you are interested please book an appointment with me. There are only 5 spaces available.
Experiences & Activities
Tinos Island has over 48 Cycladic villages full of art, culture, great locally grown food, beautiful natural beaches, and enough churches (1500+) to feel totally blessed. This retreat is open to anyone who would like to spend some time in a nourishing, reflective process, with a small group of like minded people, it is not a religious spiritual retreat, rather we will be focused on taking in the energy of this mythical landscape and opening to the miraculous healing experiences that people have come here to undergo for thousands of years.
Borne out of the love I have found for the life on this island and the attitudes toward living, the ancient traditions buried deep in the soil and hidden in caves, and the magic and mystery I have experienced while exploring this mythical landscape. I hope to share this with you.

Accommodation & Food
For one full week, Panoúsa bay becomes our sanctuary — no hotel guests, no outside programs. Just us. A temporary home of peace and presence, surrounded by the sea and mountains.
Tucked away on the west coast of Tinos, this hidden bay opens into turquoise water and sunbaked cliffs. You’ll sleep in nice and quiet rooms, just a few steps from the sea and you’ll wake up to the sounds of the ocean, and fall asleep after a breathtaking sunset to stars twinkling above your head.
Whether you swim at dawn, nap under olive trees or watch the sunset in silence — this land invites you to rest and reset.
Delicious breakfasts, lunches and suppers, will be provided. Some days we will dine in house with our own private chef and enjoy the sunset on the patio, other meals will be enjoyed at local tavernas where the food they serve is grown locally. I would say that this retreat is not necessarily for vegans, although vegan options will exist, the reason being so— there is so much good healthy Greek cuisine to be enjoyed— and so much of that includes cheese, yogurt, honey, and MEAT. We will be indulging in all the wonderful things that I have fallen in love with in the Greek lifestyle— so we would be remiss in our time spent together relaxing without trying some of the local wine from the vineyards of Tinos, as well as the sumptuous handmade cheeses, the famous Tinian sausages, and beloved mouthwatering roasted goat.
The house lays on a small 15,000 sq.m. peninsula, on a private waterfront plot of 5,000 sq.m. a few meters from the sea. The surroundings are quiet with a near private beach only a few steps away. The outdoor spaces have 180 degree spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Gyaros. In evening time the house is a vista point for magnificent sunset experiences.
The home is built loyal to the customary Cycladic architecture and features minimal décor with hand-picked furnishings with timeless style.
There are two bedrooms overlooking the Aegean Sea on the upper floor and a third one facing the garden. The single bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom and a WC accommodate the upper floor.
FAQs
This is not a religious retreat
Though Tinos is considered a religious pilgrimage site, we will be immersed in the energy and power of nature as creator, exploring some of the pre-Christian history of this island. Open to all wisdom seekers and students of life.
This is considered a residential retreat where we share a house instead of staying in hotel rooms.
You’ll need to be comfortable with being with a small group - but introverts and quiet folk will feel at home. I won’t overrun your personal boundaries, and ask that everyone is respectful of personal space. If you need to spend some time alone, that will be totally respected.
Because of my former life in hotel development, I feel residential retreats create a much more intimate and immersive experience for those who like to enjoy travel like the locals.
This trip is not necessarily for vegans
Greek cuisine is full of delicious ingredients like cheese, fish, seafood, meat, and honey. There will be veggies in abundance, but I would encourage you to enjoy the locally sourced non-vegetarian options that will be offered while exploring the gastronomy of the island.
There are two double occupancy rooms with shared bath and only one single room with ensuite bath.
We will be sharing company in the beautifully appointed living spaces of an authentic Greek island home. Important note: Trans and nonbinary people are welcome here. We are committed to being anti-racist. If either of these values bother you, please don’t come.
Some alcoholic beverages are included
We will be partaking in some of the local wine, grapes grown and bottled here, and homemade spirits that are crafted on this island.
